TOWIE’s James Argent aims to swim the English Channel after losing his 13th significant weight loss.
The 34-year-old reality star underwent major stomach surgery in April last year to limit his food intake.
Argin managed to drop from 27th to 14th place, his incredible transformation gave him the confidence to set certain fitness goals.
Recently, Arg confessed to his 820 thousand followers on Instagram. “Since my surgery, I’ve followed the advice, I’ve followed the healthy diet in smaller doses.
“I also trained in the gym to make myself stronger.
“That swim across the English Channel is instantaneous.”
James could not swim the entire distance of the 4th wave in 2019.
TV favorites Alex Booker, Sair Khan և Wes Nelson managed only 16 of 21 miles.
James is a skilled swimmer, because then, in October 2020, he decided to celebrate the year of sobriety by swimming from Europe to Africa.
The Essex boy recently shared an amazing comparison before and after on his Instagram.
He said to his followers: “9 months ago I dreamed of having THAT @adele moment և here it 🙌🏼.
At the age of 27, after being stoned, depressed, and doctors telling me I was “doomed to die,” I decided to have gastric bypass surgery using @ wearetransform, which reduced the size of my stomach and limited how much I could eat.
“Since then I have lost a total of 13 stones; now I weigh 14 stones, which exceeded all expectations. I have never felt happier or healthier.
“I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. It made me take my eating habits and exercise seriously. ”
Earlier this week, Arg looked thinner than ever when he stripped down to his swimming shorts as he went to the Essex outdoor pool this week.
Trim Arg dared to work on the transformation of his body in the cold of winter, a year after the stomach surgery.
He is virtually unrecognizable from the man he was in last April when he was pictured in his 27-pound Speedos.
Arg recently gave an idea of his weight loss regime, revealing that he is working to have a crushed gym.
In a video released by Boxup Gyms, he pointed to his side and said:
He was then shown running, jumping and throwing his arms around the boxing ring before they could detect the metamorphosis.
After gaining a balloon weight of 26 pounds, Arg took drastic action, opting for gastric bypass surgery to reduce the size he could hold.
The 10,000’s operation, which Arg paid for himself, was performed by Transform Hospital Group at a private Burcot Hall Hospital near Birmingham.
Arg told us. “I was very nervous before the operation because I knew it was a huge, life-changing decision.
“Some weight loss surgeries may be reversed, but what I knew I needed was permanent because 70 percent of my stomach was cut.
“But I was so far away, my life was on the line. I have always been on a yo-yo diet, I have gained weight, but I have never reached 27th place before, this time I needed help.
“My surgeon Martin Richardson was wonderful throughout the procedure and in the aftercare.”
